Please note:  All products are ‘made to order’

• M/S RAD INDIA will only provide the option of exchange for size, made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• M/S RAD INDIA does not provide exchanges on items marked on SALE.
• M/S RAD INDIA is unable to accept returns on an products unless it is a damaged product.
• In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product at support@rad.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an refund /exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis.
• All returns are subject to verification by our team at M/S RAD INDIA.
